Google Pixel 3 Curiosity Rooms London
Three floors and five Instagrammable rooms are available to you for free as a part of Google Pixel 3 marketing activation pop-up at Pixeldilly Circus (do you see what they did there? ;).
As I managed to get an afternoon off work I decided to pay it a visit myself. Cute photogenic rooms you can visit for free? I'm in!

5 Curiosity Rooms are set up in a way to showcase 5 of Pixel 3 phone's features. The phone is used through the experience to take photos and videos of you which are then sent directly to your email address.
The Grotto
In this room a picture of you is taken in a dark room. You have to sit still for 5 seconds and the phone collects the light from all the other sources in the room to create the photo.
The watermarked photo of me was taken in a very dark room and I have to say I'm quite impressed by the quality. The room was very dark and the main sources of light were the fireplace and the little lamps next to the painting which were very dimly lit.
For comparison, the last photo was taken with studio lights on on my iPhone.
Slide Away
Forget the stairs, take a slide.
Top Shot function is demonstrated by camera taking the best photos of you whilst you are sliding down the slide.
Top Shot suggests the better frame from your shot, and with Motion Auto-Focus subjects stay sharp, even in action.

Google Lens Laundrette
Google Lens scans the objects and then finds them online. Apparently it even works on dog breeds! Now that's a feature I can get behind! :D
All-in Auto Wash
They were supposed to demonstrate the wide lens feature in this room but it was not operating when I was there. So I just took a photo of what the photo was supposed to look like and panoramic shot of the room with my own phone. :D
I had so much fun discovering Curiosity Rooms and testing out all the features of the new Google Pixel 3 phone. If I was purchasing phone based solely on the basis of camera features, I do think this one would be one of the top picks for me.
As I mentioned before, the Curiosity Rooms in London are absolutely free of charge and what I liked about it was that even though it is marketing activation for Google's latest phone, they do not push sales on you at any point. The staff is simply there to explain how the process of taking pictures works with the new phone.
